At Streetwear Inspired, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple — with free return shipping.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging/condition with tags attached.
- Items that are damaged, worn, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Certain items such as underwear, socks, and final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Refund & Exchange Options
- When your return is approved, you can choose one of the following:
- Refund to original payment method — money is put back into your account within 5–10 business days.
- Store credit refund — money stays in your Streetwear Inspired account to use on future purchases.
- Exchange — replace the product with another size, color, or style (subject to availability).
3. How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account at Streetwear Inspired.
- Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.
- Click Request Return/Refund and provide the reason.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and confirm next steps.
4. Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping is free.
- We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item or processing the refund.
